Here is how to make it:
- In a bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of Dijon style or Spicy Brown Mustard, 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish and 1 teaspoons of fresh, chopped chives.
- Season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
- Store for one day in the refrigerator.
