Easy Spinach and Parmesan Dip:

1 – 10 oz. package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1 cup of sour cream

1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Squeeze any excess liquid from the spinach

In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper until evenly mixed.

Serve with dippers of your choice or use this dip for filling cavity you cut out in a round pumpernickel bread. If you do that, cut out the cavity with making nice, big chunks of pumpernickel bread for dipping!
