Homemade Triple Berry Muffins

I absolutely love this recipe! The one thing I really like about it that makes generous batch of delicious muffins you can share with friends! And of course – it has my favourite ingredient – berries. And it always amazes me just how easy and quick muffins are to make – try it today, I am quite sure everyone you will share them with will very much appreciate it!

Homemade Triple Berry Muffins:

3 cups of flour

1 tablespoon of baking powder

½ teaspoon of baking soda

½ teaspoon of salt

4-1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon

1-1/4 cups of milk

2 large eggs

1 cup of melted butter

1 cup of each – blueberries, strawberries and raspberries

1-1/2 cups of sugar

Preheat oven to 375F and paper line muffin pan with medium size paper cups.

Stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

Make a well in the centre of the flour mix and pour in the milk, eggs slightly beaten and butter. Mix lightly until almost uniform.

Add berries and sugar and stir quickly just to combine all ingredients.

Spoon into prepared cups, fill almost to the top and sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla sugar.

Bake until tops are firm – about 20 minutes.

Hope you will enjoy this recipe – please send in your comments and suggestions, it is always very much appreciated!
